Summary: Very cool very old house with lots of charm. The brand new appliances in the kitchen as well as new shower and in the master bath definitely add value to and older house like this one. The kitchen, however, had only one dish towel that I could find, and there were no paper towels. This would have been a bigger factor had we stayed in to prepare our meals. The house is a great place to host a small group of 3-4. The living room would be well served with an additional seat or 2, especially if you're entertaining with more than 3. I could see the back deck being a great place to entertain as well, however we did not use it over the hot and rainy July weekend that we visited. Overall, Juan was a helpful host and I would certainly stay here again.
